Processed Bentonite (HSCAS)

Bentonite is a clay compound containing montmorillonite with special structural and chemical characteristics that are affected by its crystal structure (an octahedral layer between two tetrahedral layers). bentonite water absorption is accompanied by a considerable increase in volume and formation of gelatinous mass, and most importantly, the ion exchange ability of bentonite is more than any other clay.
Processed bentonite is in a wide range of applications in various industries, especially as a carrier in the pharmaceutical, premix industries.
Reduction of protozoa population in rumen
Improving nitrogen metabolism in the rumen through the absorption of ammonia nitrogen
Improving the digestibility of starch (by reducing the rate of feed passage)
Improvement of feed conversion ratio
Reducing the excretion of ammonia nitrogen in the form of urea (improving the efficiency of ration energy and protein storage)
Milk fat improvement through changing the pattern of volatile fatty acids
